A warranty period of three years is granted for new items according to the legal provisions in force. (Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16 by which the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary Laws is approved).
Defects or damage attributable to faulty or improper treatment or improper assembly or use of unsuitable accessories or modifications of the original parts by the customer are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty also does not extend to wear and tear.
If the customer accepts the goods or the object of the order in the knowledge of a defect, this defect shall be excluded from the warranty.
The customer shall only be entitled to a warranty claim for existing transport damage if he has fulfilled his obligation to inspect the goods and to note on the agency's delivery note any anomalies or breakage that he sees on the box. If no visible damage is visible at the time, you will have 7 calendar days to let us know. In any case, call us immediately if you detect any damage when you receive the products.
Excluded from the warranty:
- Second hand appliances.
- Consumables of any kind, associated with an item sold or purchased separately, such as batteries, loudspeakers, amplifier tubes, etc.
- Computer items and accessories, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description.
- Products subject to wear and tear or other wear and tear, as well as product defects attributable to non-observance of usage warnings, improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, improper conditions of use, overloading or insufficient maintenance or upkeep.
- Product defects caused by the use of accessories, supplementary parts or spare parts other than original parts.
- Products on which changes or additions have been made.
- Deviations of the article from the prescribed condition which are irrelevant to the value and suitability of the product.
- Excluded from the return guarantee are all articles of wear and tear of books, dvds, cables, cords and any product which for reasons of hygiene cannot be sold again, such as In-Ear systems or headphones, etc.
The buyer has the right, in case of lack of conformity to the repair of the good, to its replacement by another one, to the reduction in the price or to the resolution of the contract, all this in the terms that the Law indicates.
The repair as a warranty obligation may take place via a free repair of the defective product or by replacement with a product in impeccable condition or substitute. The replaced products or parts become property of Mat Guitars.
The warranty claim must be asserted within the warranty period. To do so, the affected product must be returned together with a copy of the invoice.
Warranty claims do not imply any extension or extension of the warranty period for the product.
